Fridays After Five will bring food trucks and live music to the Village Commons on select Fridays throughout the summer, beginning June 22.  The event is free to attend, with plenty of fantastic food options available for sale.

Trucks:  Aunt Leslie's Sweet Treats, Brother George's BBQ, Creme of the Crop, Legit Dogs & Ice, Ofrenda, ROGUE Farm to Curbside Kitchen

July 20
Grab your blanket and lawn chair and head to the Village Commons as Fridays After Five returns on July 20.  Enjoy live music and unforgettable food as you welcome the weekend.

This event is sponsored by Friends of the New Lenox Library.

August 31        
The final Fridays After Five event of the summer will kick-off Labor Day weekend on August 31 in the Village Commons. Get the gang together after work for a summer night full of food, tunes, and fun. 

PLUS:  The rescheduled Independence Day Celebration fireworks will be taking place on August 31 as well.  Food trucks and live music will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the fireworks taking place at dusk (approximately 8:30 p.m.).  The New Lenox Community Park District will also have the concession stand open with a variety of food items for sale.

Additional Notes
  • Coolers (including those with alcoholic beverages) are permitted in the Village Commons for this event.
  • Beer, wine, water, and soda will be available for sale from the concession stand.
  • No pets are permitted in the Village Commons during Village events.
  • No smoking is permitted on the Village Commons lawn during this event.
  • Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged as seating and table space in the Commons are limited.
  • Limited parking is available around the Veterans Parkway circle with additional parking behind the Village Hall.
